Kris, this one really hit home with me. I have never set foot in a gym, but I “suit up” as you said every morning and head to my basement. I made a commitment about a year after my second son was born to get in shape. I was 175 pounds (I’m only 5’) and I was fed up. My boys are 15 months apart, so when they were tiny, there was no down time. I am a teacher, a wife, etc. I knew the only time to exercise would be while my boys were still asleep. I would make too many excuses if I tried to work out at the end of the day. I started getting up at 4:30 every morning. I started with Operation Inferno, too! Modified as needed since I didn’t have true gym equipment. But I got it done every day. Five years later I am 125 pounds and in the best shape of my life thanks to people like YOU! If I can do this, anyone can.
