    I tried one of your biohack thts morning ice bath. I take 5 min of ice bath daily now . I just tried to experience what was it is and how it work for body. After taking this bath I realised the blood flow of my body how fast it’s running throughout the body.after some tym I feel so free my body muscle just like air in my muscles.i had just got a week I have started and hope it will a good going for my body.
